CLEAN & PROTECT
We start all exterior painting projects by pressure washing your home to remove all surface contaminants. After we’ve cleaned the exterior, we protect all surfaces such as decks and window trims to avoid overspray and paints drops. Then we remove all downspouts, lights, mailboxes, house numbers, etc.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Proper surface preparation is the key to any long-lasting paint job. Our first step is to scrape and sand any loose paint to ensure no more peeling. Then we apply an oil-based primer to the bare wood. We will then caulk any gap where moisture could be a problem.
PAINTING
Once the exterior has been cleaned and prepared, we will paint all the requested surfaces. We always use high-quality paint from Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore. We spray and back roll any stucco and siding. The trims and doors are painted by hand.
CLEANUP & INSPECTION
After we finalize the exterior painting, our house painters will remove all garbage, empty paint cans, and other debris from your home. We will label leftover paint and leave it with you for future touch-ups. Our crew leader will carefully inspect the completed exterior painting job to ensure it meets our high-quality standards.
