We believe you should have full transparency during our painting process. As a home or business owner, we know that it is important to be in the loop on what steps we’re taking, when we’re taking them, to ensure your project in completed on time and to your standards. To help, we’ve developed a clear and transparent process to hold ourselves accountable and to give you peace of mind.
GET A FREE ESTIMATE
To book a spot in our schedule, we require a
deposit and authorization to do the work on your home.
DETAILS AND APPROVAL
Within the day of reserving a spot, you will get a
phone call from our production manager to start
talking about details and any concerns, and agree on
a potential start date.
You can expect phone calls keeping you updated the
week leading up to the start date, and daily updates
once work has begun. We'll let you know when to
expect our team to arrive every day, keep you up to
date on any unforeseen delays due to weather or other
factors, and talk with you daily about the work.
Once we finish the job, we'll meet you at the site for a
final walk around. Before we accept your final payment
we'll take care of any details we missed or anything
you're not satisfied with.
FEEDBACK & REFERRAL
Finally, we ask that you fill out a short form giving us
feedback on how you thought the process went. If
you're feeling particularly generous, leave us a review!
